Decent pricing on some items, average selections, but did have good Black Friday and holiday deals. By far the slowest shipper. Only Gold Direct is slower.
reasonable prices, quick shipping ,good variety
Tried and failed to purchase from another vendor first. After that, Monument Metals became my first (successful) metals dealer. I provided the money, they provided the metal. They managed to do so in a timely fashion, which is what blew the deal with the original vendor. I will be using MM again.
I have made many purchases and mail in my check. I have received notices that they had yet to receive my payment, but they reported that sometimes their USPS office get backed up, and they would grace me with 5 additional days before canceling. The checks always made it - sometimes in not so timely of a manner; and my orders have always made it - sometimes in not so timely of a manner. I will continue to do business with them as events allow.
Ordered 20 type 2 ase also 4 1/4 age and i just received the order also there was a mailing problem with the postal system and my contact agent was Anna at Monument Metals and she did every thing she said she would do for me and then some Thanks Anna for the best Customer Service i have received all year at any of all the Big coin dealers so my coin co is Monument metals and hopefuuly Anna.

Can't tell you much about the customer service because I haven't had a reason to contact them. Recent order of seven beautiful 1 ounce Silver brittania coins arrived in about 4 days. I ordered on a Friday night and was holding this bullion in my hands on Wednesday afternoon. Great prices, pretty good selection. Actually I think these guys might be the best online retailer I've used so far.
I have ordered from MM 3 times over a 2 year period and have always received my order promptly. Their products were delivered as advertised and I must say, having purchased from 3 other online dealers, their packaging was above and beyond. Also all orders are shipped with label "MM Machine Parts". Their premiums are always 1 of the 2 lowest I have found. If you order tubes or flips, they always put their logo sticker on it but it is easily removed. In summary, great dealer, great prices and great service.
I had never tried Monument before, but they had a good deal on five 1 oz silver rounds. I had to buy additional rounds to get the free shipping. very easy

I ordered a 100oz bar and received a different bar than in the picture. Was told by customer service that designs vary but it doesn’t say that on the website. Deceptive marketing if you ask me. They offered to give me a refund. But in the mean time silver has rallied and I would have to spend a couple hundred bucks more than I paid to buy another 100oz bar else where.
Best prices on silver! Ships fast and free. I will continue to buy from them. JM Bullion robs people by their high prices. Thank you Monument Metals for saving me from those thieves.
I have ordered from MM's many times. Any issues were always promptly addressed. Fantastic staff and always have been professional. And no matter what delivery used by any dealer and even personal mail, it all sucks. I order from other venders too. USPS, FedX or UPS they all suck.

I have yet to be disappointed in Monument Metals and I doubt I will I have used JM. APMEX, and I'm pretty confident in doing business with MM instead of the items. The vendor mark-up is below par compared to other dealers and yhe pricing is always lower. The selection is perfect for any stacker or collector. You can look all over for a better deal but chances are you won't find one.
Rest easy with purchasing from MM . Your packages will arrive on time, and beyond appropriately packed.

My several purchases from Monument Metals have been very satisfying. Prices are among the best, checkout is a breeze, you don't have to go through plaid to make ACH payment....which is a huge plus for me as I don't like too many noses in my business. I wish that the check clearing was faster (I'm pretty old and would like my metals as soon as possible.... while I'm still here) but the shipping dept gets the metals out fast, well packaged with "safe" return address and keeps me informed of the progress. This is my favorite metals company right now and for the past year. Customer service is vey patient and pleasant to deal with. Keep up the good work, boys and girls!

I found Monument Metals on the internet and they have a great rating from the BBB. A nice variety of products. The website is very professional and easy to use.
The prices are also very attractive! I have ordered 221 oz of silver bullion the last few weeks, (pre order) so I will repost after I see the quality level of the products.
I think it should be nice based on other reviews I have read.
I am really excited and curious to see the quality / rarity of the 100 oz Englehard bar that I ordered since the design is based on their choice. It is my first englehard so wish e luck!
I will post an update and my thoughts once I receive my orders to hopefully return the assistance in finding a good small dealer.

I placed a silver and gold coin order with Monument Metals, LLC on Aug 27, 2018. There were 3 items on the order. 2 items were silver and 1 item was gold. The silver items are correct. The gold item is incorrect. The item I ordered was a 50 Pessos gold coin weighing 1.2oz. What I received is a gold coin of 1 oz which looks similar to the 50 Pessos coin. So there is a 0.2 oz difference. At the time I paid 1534.06 for 1.2 oz. I was cheated out of $255.68 (now worth $300) for the missing 0.2 oz. I spoke to the business on 8/23/2021 and they said there is nothing they can do. They did not have records going back 3 years and were not interested in trying to resolve the issue in any way. The order number is 100009599.
Terrible Business Practices, causing the error in the shipment, then an unwillingness to negotiate with a customer that spent and will spend thousands of dollars on metals. If the IRS requires tax payers to hold tax records for 5 years why would this business hold shipping records for only 6 months. Will never due business with this guy again. Proceed at your own risk.
I am a new customer and I ordered some war-nickels just to try MM out.
Item was exactly as described and the transaction was also as described. No complaints. I will use them again.
Monument Metals places a really high value on its customer relations. They accepted a return order and replaced it with what I had intended to order. Very fine company and great to deal with.
I recently purchased 10 Mexican 1 ounce 2021 Libertads that were BU. I paid 54.99 per coin. When I received them they were placed in hard clear coin plastic envelopes that did not protect the coins. They would slip out and contact each other. To get a BU coin and pay 54.99/coin care should be taken to protect the coin or coins from damage. All the coins were placed in a plastic bag that looked like it has been used before. As far as the service I am satisfied but more care should be taken with packaging.
A repeat customer for years. I do not use anyone else... ever! I have always been satisfied. I highly recommend this company especially if you are just starting and really do not know what you are doing.
First time ordering was great, no issues. Second time? Well forget it never again. I am still waiting delivery for an order that was placed nearly two months ago. The item "shipped" April 28th. It is now May 25th and I still don't have my order. I received an email that their local post office is having trouble delivering orders due to a staffing shortage. Seriously?? then how are you still in business if you can't deliver your product? I have sent several emails asking about my order but have had no replies. I used e-check and now will have to see how my bank can make a claim
Still waiting....Got an apology letter over two weeks ago that USPS is having trouble moving their merchandise out of Maryland. Asked for an update on my order last week and still have got no response from Monument. Definitely not going to order from them again.

Monster Box Silver Eagles arrived quickly even though I bought during a market dip. Price of silver went up but the order was sent after money cleared. I keep hearing about dealers how cancel orders if market goes up after order. This dealer did not do that for my order. Also, at the time it was the cheapest option which was nice. The reviews on this dealer seem to be legit too, I like that they care about their reputation by responding too all rankings on other sites.

I purchased 10 of the Scottsdale "Omnia" rounds. The package arrived well-packaged with no issues.
Placed my second order in the middle of the Covid shut-down, and the processing time was a bit longer than normal, but I have my Royal Canadian Mint bars in hand 2 days after they shipped. Excellent dealer. I will continue to order from Monument Metals.
I was in a situation where I needed to speak with someone for guidance and needed a quick turnaround on shipping. I dont buy bullion on a regular bases and I was spending a sizeable amount by my standards, I did not want to take chances. I called a few other dealers who were less than helpful or could not accomodate my needs. However, Monument was great! They took the time to help me and called me back with updates. Everything arrived exactly as promised and for a very fair price. Since then I've placed 2 additional orders and have been very pleased.
Had concerns when I could not track my order. The CEO promptly replied to my email and even followed up by checking with the local postal office. Just turned out to be a tracking issue. Received the package a few days later. It was packed very well and I was very happy about the quality of the coins. Even more so, I was impressed by their exemplary customer service and how they value their customer. I will definitely purchase from them again.
Avoid!!! I placed an order on 05 March 19 and received an email on 06 March 19 saying my order has shipped.
I have been watching the USPS information and it is still showing pre-shipment as of 19 March 2019. My bank account was charged on 06 March 19. They also will not respond to the inquiry about what is going on. Have requested refund with no response.
100% Avoid find a better dealer this company is a joke. No customer service, no response, items have not been shipped but my account has been charged.

Finally pulled the trigger on their 10 generic rounds silver at spot price deal. Spot price was down so I thought it would be the right time.
Monument Metals did not disappoint. The rounds I received were new buffalo rounds manufactured by Republic Metals Corp (RMC).
Package arrived two or three days after the order was placed. The rounds were packed in standard coin flips. Then wrapped tightly in a taped padded envelope. Then the envelope was folded tightly and placed into a small cardboard box.
Overall good experience and I will order from them again.
Ordered some Mexican Gold Peso coins when they were running a special for $4.99 over melt per coin. Great deal. They shipped the same day. Package arrived two days later. Packed well and great customer service!
