So far... (3/7/24) Very disappointed. Placed an order in Oct. 2023 with the understanding it would not deliver till Jan. 2024. Well, its many weeks late. Whats worse, I have reached out to CHITOWN many times using many different methods with NO REPLY. I will open a complaint with the Illinois State attorney General;s consumer protection division requesting support.

I preordered a 5 coin libertad set on 4 Oct 23. They were due to arrive and process 28 Dec 23. On 15 Jan 24 I started emailing and inquiring through their web site. I have never received a response from them. I sent a certified letter to their mailing address. It arrived 28 Feb 24. No one has picked it up. They have no phone number listed anywhere. I will not be doing any more business with Chitown coins.
